A combination of Relaxation, Deep Tissue and a touch of some Hot Stone are tailored to best fit your needs. Long fluid strokes help to relax tired muscles while other muscles need deeper focus to relieve tension. The Hot Stones in between penetrate heat to assist with healing and improving circulation. Please advise your therapist of your choice of Relaxation massage, Deep tissue techniques, PNF stretching, Acupressure, Trigger point therapy, Reflexology, and/or a few integrated hot stones or a combination of all.

Deep Tissue Massage
This is a specific based massage focusing on deeper muscles and connective tissue to relieve tension and release toxins. Deep Tissue massage can alleviate chronic tension from overused muscles, help in the rehabilitation of past injuries, and reduce inflammation from arthritis and tendonitis. This popular massage often can be more intense than a Relaxation Massage, and the amount of pressure should be communicated between the therapist and client. Please advise your therapist of your level of comfort before and during the session.

Hot Stone Massage

Pregnancy Massage
This massage is tailored for the expectant mothers’ safety and comfort. A pregnancy massage has been found to reduce stress, decrease swelling in the arms and legs, relieve aches and pains in muscles and joints, and enhance the physiological and emotional well being for both the mother and fetus. This massage is recommended in the 2nd and 3rd trimester.

LYMPHATIC MASSAGE
Lymphatic massage aids with increasing lymph flow within the lymphatic system, the bodies natural immune system. Lymphatic Massage is not a normal relaxation massage, but purely a goal-orientated massage to aid in the detoxification of the body.

SPORTS MASSAGE
The pre-sports massage can be used to invigorate and energize the muscle tissues before an athletic event, whereas the post-sport massage can lengthen the muscles using specific stretches and loosen muscle tension with the use of deep tissue and trigger point techniques.

Foot Reflexology
This treatment can be an add-on service or requested separately. The therapist uses the feet as a mirror of the body. Glands and organs are stimulated using pressure points along the feet and ankles. A hand or dry scalp massage can also be incorporated within this treatment while your feet are wrapped in warm towels.
